Dear [Name Here]:
Want to ship furniture to your son’s new apartment? Need to send a holiday package to a friend in Europe? Need some color copies? Stamps?
There’s a new way to take care of your mailing and shipping needs—Consolidated Messenger.
We specialize in packing items of any size—from household furnishings to wedding rings. Then we’ll ship them for you to arrive whenever you want. Most items can be delivered the next business day—we’ll even send a messenger to deliver it if necessary. Large domestic shipments that go by truck or rail might take a bit longer, but even those shipments will probably arrive the same week. Call for information on foreign shipments—delivery guarantees vary from one country to another.
Our office and main shipping depot are at 123 E. Oak St., just a block south of the railroad station. We have big and little boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and more to make your packing and shipping fast and easy. Bring your packages to us, or give us a call and we’ll pick up your shipment at your business or residence.
We can also help you with your office needs in our new facility. We have copiers, collators, copy paper in many colors, and envelopes and mailers in all sizes.
To show our appreciation, we’re offering a 20 percent discount on your next shipment and a 10 percent discount on color copies for the rest of this month.
We’re here to help, so give us a call or stop by. Our doors are open from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. during the week and 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. on weekends.
Sincerely,
